Something Wicked This Way Comes

So the Season of The Witch is nearly upon us and what better way to celebrate than with some delicious new seasonal flavours inspired by Halloween. Not quite eye of newt and toe of frog, more spine-tingling tasty are:

Spiced Pumpkin
Pumpkin sponge with cinnamon caramel centre, chai-spiced cream cheese frosting and nutmeg dusted.

Toffee Apple
Caramel sponge with apple puree centre, caramel buttercream frosting and topped with a mini-toffee apple.

Wicked Chocolate
Ginger chocolate sponge with wasabi chocolate ganache centre, and topped with chocolate buttercream frosting.
