I’ve always been a massive fan of the team at Joe & Seph’s Gourmet Popcorn. Their flavour innovation is right up my street- constantly pushing the flavour envelope well beyond your typical “Sweet or Salty” range. Their delicious flavoured popcorn is always a handy and tasty way to finish bakes and cakes.
I was absolutely over the moon to be given the chance to work with their range of their flavoured caramel sauces. Believe me when I say these sauces are indeed heaven in a jar. Whether you’re using spooning it over ice-cream, slathering it on toast like me using it in home-baking, Ive found these sauces to be as versitile as they are delicious. Below are just some of the ways in which I’ve made use of the Joe & Seph’s caramel sauces (when I’m not just eating it with a spoon!)
